I've always had a big interest in colour, the different ways it can be used and percieved.
When I came across this exhibition, I just had to share it with you.

These photos are from an exhibition of work by RGB.....

RGB’s technique consists in the overlapping of three different images, each one in a primary color. Seeing the three colours together is magnificant although a little disorienting.
Individual images merge together and the eye finds it hard to focus on just one part.
However, viewing the images through a colored filter (a light or a transparent material) it is possible to see each layer individually.
The filter’s colors are red, green and blue can be used to reveal one of the three layers.

Simply awesome!

Since I really enjoyed last month drawing challange, I decided to do another. Its a good way of forcing myself to get the sketchbok out and do some new work. Here are a few I've done so far...

I recently came across the work of Paul Cadden.
Cadden is a Scottish-born hyperrealist artist who creates AMAZINGLY realistic artworks using only graphite and chalk!
I've seen quite a bit of hyperrealist stuff before but these are incredible.
They look like freakin photgraphs!
